Shipping policy
Ludia Embrace Yourself is limited to Domestic shipping within USA and its territories.
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within USA. 10-15 business days internationally.
This timeframe may be extended or affected due to, unpredicted disasters, holiday observance, Covid-19 safety precautions, customs or air-ground USPS transfers.
Please keep in mind, shipping delays may occur and are not in our control once the package has been sent. The risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.
Shipping charges will be processed at the time of your purchase. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied.
Tracking
Shipments can be tracked by on the couriers' websites by entering the tracking number sent to you in the order confirmation email. It may not be possible to track orders shipped to an address outside the U.S.
Lost Packages:
THE COURIER MARKED THE PACKAGE AS "DELIVERED" BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE:
First, check any places where the package might have been delivered (example: the mail room of your apartment, the side door of your home, check with neighbors, etc.)
Occasionally, couriers will mark packages as delivered before they are actually offloaded from the delivery vehicle. Provide 1 - 2 additional business days to receive the package at your shipping address. If this time has passed and the package is still not found, we require a statement of loss or improper delivery from the courier to process a refund or reshipment.
The most expedient path to resolution will be for you to file a lost package claim with your delivery courier. The courier will need to provide proof of delivery, or a statement of loss or improper delivery. Once you have this documentation that proves your package was not delivered, please email us at info@ludiaembraceyourself.com with your order number and the proof from the courier. If you have any other corroborating evidence such as front door camera footage of your package, please inform us of this in your initial email.
Order Cancellation:
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will be able to cancel and refund your payment.
